1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

The term “Services” refers to all engagements, sessions, and support provided by LedgerPlanPlus.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may request a change to a scheduled session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.

2.2 Cancellation and No-Refund Offerings

Certain premium sessions require non-refundable deposits to secure the time slot. These are clearly marked during booking. This policy ensures resource allocation and availability for all clients.

3. Digital Offerings

“Digital Offerings” include downloadable guides, templates, and electronic learning materials.

3.1 Access

Upon purchase, access is granted immediately and remains available to the purchaser.

3.2 Return Rights

Purchasers may request a refund within 14 days of access if the files remain unused. Requests received after this period cannot be honored due to the nature of digital distribution.

4. Merchandise

“Merchandise” refers to physical goods available for purchase on our site.

4.1 Inspection and Returns

Customers have 30 days from receipt to inspect merchandise and request a return for unused items in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4.2 Refund Method

Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt at our facility.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction. The procedures differ by offering type as outlined below.

5.1 Services

Standard sessions may be fully refunded if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are not refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original date. Premium sessions with non-refundable deposits are explicitly marked and are not refundable under any circumstances.

5.2 Digital Offerings

Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if unused. To request, contact us through the contact form with your order details.

5.3 Merchandise

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items. Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer unless the item is defective. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after item receipt.

All refund requests are subject to verification of eligibility based on the above terms.

6. Fee Terms

All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
